DELIVERY

Standard Delivery - £4.99 or FREE on orders over £50

  • Orders will usually arrive between 2-4 working days after placing your order.‌
  • Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday on a Tracked48 service.

Please note: Standard delivery time frames are approximate.

Express Delivery - £7.99

  • ‌Orders will be delivered Monday - Friday, the next day, if placed before 4pm. If your order is placed after 4pm, please allow an extra day. Excludes Saturday & Sunday delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.

During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.‌

RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or refund items if:‌‌

  • Are returned to us within 28 days of receipt
  • Are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)
  • If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival*
