What are your candles made from?
Our candles are hand-poured using eco-friendly natural soy wax and pure essential oils — no synthetic fragrances or harmful additives.
Do your candles contain any toxins or paraffin?
Never. Our candles are made with eco-friendly natural soy wax, which is clean-burning and free from paraffin, parabens, and synthetic chemicals.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the last one?
Because we use natural ingredients and hand-pour each batch, small variations in colour or texture are completely normal — and a sign of authenticity.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?
No — we never use artificial fragrances, colours, or additives. Every scent is created using only natural essential oils.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes, every part of our candle — from the wax to the wick and packaging — is designed with sustainability in mind. We use biodegradable materials and recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Where are your candles made?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in the Cotswolds of the UK to ensure the highest quality and care.
Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
We use only pure essential oils for a natural, clean scent that supports wellbeing and harmony in your space.
Are your gift cards physical or digital?
Our gift cards are digital for easy, eco-friendly gifting and can be emailed directly to the recipient.

Can I cancel or change my order?
As we process orders as soon as possible, please if you contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. Keeping our deliveries local helps us reduce our carbon footprint and stay true to our sustainability goals.
What if my candle arrives damaged or wrong?
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange a candle?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened candles. Please contact us if you experience any issue with your order — we’ll always be happy to help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location — full details are on our Delivery page.
CANDLE CARE FAQ's
How should I store my candle?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid on to protect the natural oils and their scents.
Can I burn my candle to the bottom?
For safety, stop burning when around 1cm of wax remains at the base of the tin.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunnelling.
How do I trim the wick properly?
Use a wick trimmer or clean scissors to keep the wick around 1/4 of an inch long before each burn. This helps your candle burn evenly and prevents excess smoke.
Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling can happen if the first burn is too short. Always let the wax pool reach the edges before extinguishing it on the first use.
What is the burn time of my candle?
Our 185g | 6.52oz candles burn for 35-40 hours when all candle care and directions are followed.
Our XXX | XXX candles burn for 20-25 hours when all candle care and directions are followed.
Our 20g | 0.7oz tealights burn for 3-4 hours when all candle care and directions are followed.
How long should I burn my candle for?
We recommend burning your candle for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 5 hours at a time for optimal scent and even wax distribution.
